On Sunday 3 November, we’re welcoming Michele Mariotti and River Wood of the (multi-award-winning!) American Bar at Gleneagles, one of Scotland's most iconic hotels and sporting estates. Gleneagles celebrated its centenary earlier this year, and we’re partnering with another iconic (and delicious) Scottish brand to bring this event to life – The Macallan, who are celebrating 200 years since Alexander Reid distilled his first batch of whisky in his curiously small stills – an incredible legacy that we’re delighted to play a (tiny!) part in.
Michele and River will join us behind the bar, showcasing four cocktails from their award-winning Book of Berries menu, alongside plenty of delicious drams – and on Monday 4 November, we’re launching a menu of three Macallan cocktails created by our team, available until Sunday 17 November – so there’s heaps to look forward to!
