Sunday Lyan: BIRD, Copenhagen

Join us on Sunday, 4th May, for a special Sunday Lyan session with BIRD. This small but perfectly formed Copenhagen bar. They boasts hand-built speakers and custom-made hardware – the music is as important as the drinks, and the vibe is laid back, unpretentious, and super welcoming.

Cocktails are somewhat classic with a modern twist – think good, solid drinks-making traditions with playful flavour profiles, local produce, and a regularly changing menu – at Lyaness, the team’ll be dishing up a few signature serves, made with Toki, Roku, Haku, and Hibiki Harmony – and we can’t wait to try them!

Bird is part of the extended Lyan fam, having popped up at Super Lyan last year – and Goran used to work at Dandelyan – so we’re hyped to give them a big Lyan welcome to London. Clear your diaries, this is one not to miss.
