Playful Touches and Friendly Service

Family Friendly Hotel

A Family Affair on the South Bank

Sea Containers London is a family-friendly hotel on the South Bank, in the heart of London's cultural scene, with iconic London landmarks, world-class arts venues, and award-winning attractions on our doorstep.

With first-hand experience of travelling with children, we know it's the little things that make for a memorable trip, and we've thought of those all-important home-from-home touches to ensure you and your family have a comfortable stay.

Our family rooms and suites are ready to welcome you, and our family-friendly restaurant, Sea Containers, offers high chairs and a dedicated Kids Menu, alongside a summer terrace and those iconic Thames-side views.

Little Explorers

There's so much to discover on our doorstep, and within our hotel too! With playful touches for our VIKs (Very Important Kids under 12), little ones can enjoy our Explorer Hunt, while the big kids hang out down at minus two - playing our retro arcade machines or catching a movie at Curzon Sea Containers.

Up at ground level, take a break and watch the South Bank go by with coffee and pastries in The Den, or visit our family-friendly restaurant Sea Containers, where you'll find something for all ages and an iconic riverside view.

Local Adventures

Anchored on the South Bank, our location is close to several iconic London landmarks, with plenty of family-friendly activities within walking distance of the hotel.

Take in the city skyline with a ride on the London Eye, before venturing to the neighbouring Sea Life London Aquarium for an afternoon of marine discovery. If the British weather is not playing ball, there's plenty to explore at the creative hub Southbank Centre, or if it's a cultural fix you're after, the art gallery Tate Modern and the National Theatre are a short walk along the South Bank to the east and west.
